01 Engagement
By interacting with the Hamrix ecosystem, you acknowledge that you are entering a space of high-level technical innovation. You agree to follow all protocols defined within this document and subsequent technical addendums.
02 IP Usage
Our architectures, code samples, and technical blueprints are the absolute property of Hamrix. Any unauthorized extraction or reverse-engineering of our proprietary modules is strictly prohibited and protected by cryptographic provenance.
03 Liability Bound
While we build for 99.9% uptime, Hamrix is not liable for system fluctuations caused by external black-swan events, third-party infrastructure failures, or solar flares that disrupt global communication lattices.
