Generative AI Built Around
How Pakistan Actually Talks to Its Customers
Most generative AI vendors ship an English-only chatbot and call Urdu support a translation layer. That approach fails the moment a customer types in Urdu, Roman Urdu, or switches mid-sentence which is how most Pakistani users actually communicate. Genuine Urdu NLP is a real technical problem: script handling, transliteration variance, and limited high-quality training data all have to be solved deliberately, not assumed away. We build LLM pipelines and AI agents with bilingual handling designed in from the architecture stage, evaluated against real Urdu/English mixed input rather than a curated English demo set.
