UK Mobile Apps, Built Remotely
Without Cutting Corners
The UK mobile app market has a well-known rate gap: UK-based studios typically bill $100–200/hr, while remote engineering teams serving the same clients bill $25–50/hr and over the last several years, that quality gap has narrowed a lot more than the rate gap has. We build on React Native, Flutter, Swift, and Kotlin depending on what the product actually needs, not on which framework is cheapest to staff. GDPR and UK GDPR compliance consent flows, data minimisation, lawful basis documentation get designed into the data model from day one, not patched in before a compliance review. Accessibility is built to WCAG 2.2 AA as a baseline rather than an afterthought, which matters both for inclusivity and because public-sector and enterprise procurement increasingly requires it. And because post-launch is where most UK mobile engagements quietly fall apart, we commit to a defined support window with response-time expectations, not a vague promise to 'help if something breaks.'
